Franois Loos prsente un projet de loi de lutte contre la contrefaon

Franois Loos, ministre dlgu l'Industrie a prsent ce jour en Conseil des ministres un projet de loi qui complte efficacement les outils juridiques des acteurs conomiques pour dfendre leurs crations et leurs inventions. Son champ d'application large va de l'ensemble des droits de proprit industrielle (brevet, marque, dessin et modle) tous ceux de la proprit littraire et artistique, ainsi que les appellations d'origine et les indications gographiques. Ce texte marque une nouvelle tape dans l'action rsolue des pouvoirs publics pour combattre la contrefaon. Il tmoigne aussi de l'engagement de la France pour que la proprit intellectuelle se concilie avec les grands enjeux du dveloppement.
