Information on Certain Stolen Tylenol® Arthritis and Tylenol® PM Caplets

FDA is alerting you to a pharmaceutical theft of TYLENOL® Arthritis and TYLENOL® PM products that were stolen from a cargo terminal at the Jacksonville Port Authority in Jacksonville, Florida. 57,456 bottles of TYLENOL® Arthritis Pain Caplet 150 count bottles and 180,000 2-caplet pouches of TYLENOL® PM were found stolen on September 25.  Consumers should be wary of the following TYLENOL® products:

TYLENOL® Arthritis Pain Caplet 150 count bottles

  • Lot # 09XMC1

TYLENOL® PM 2-caplet packets

  • UPC # 30300450482304
  • Code # 4823000
  • Lot # 09XMC110

The stolen TYLENOL® Arthritis Pain Caplet product lot number can be found on the bottom of the outer box, and also on the bottle label. The stolen TYLENOL® PM product lot number can be found on the individual packet.  McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., is working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Office of Criminal Investigations (FDA), and other law enforcement officials to recover cases of select lots.
 
McNeil is not aware of any reports of adverse events related to these stolen lots; however, consumers and retailers should return these products to McNeil Consumer Healthcare if found.
