Canadian drug bill may face roadblock
AUSTIN – Legislation that would help Texans buy less expensive prescription drugs from Canada faces an uncertain future in the Senate. Although the House voted overwhelmingly to add the provision to a sunset bill reauthorizing the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, the Senate sponsor of the pharmacy measure said Monday he doesn't know if he will accept the change.
