Crack down on online pharmacies that are selling drugs to kids
As parents celebrate the drop in illegal drug use by young people over the past decade, the number of teenagers abusing legal prescription drugs has been skyrocketing. The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University recently reported that more than three times as many teenagers are abusing drugs such as Oxycontin and Ritalin than were in 1993.
