23 arrested for manufacture/sale of spurious drugs
As many as 23 persons have been arrested for contravention of the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 during 2004-05 and the government is planning to make laws more stringent to stop sale of fake medicines, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.
