Man to plead guilty in Viagra scam


A Gardena man has agreed to plead guilty to a federal criminal charge of selling 3,000 tablets of counterfeit erectile dysfunction drugs from China, prosecutors said Monday.

Masaru Yamasato, 44, signed an agreement last month to plead guilty to one count of selling a counterfeit drug, which carries a maximum one-year sentence and a $1,000 fine.
