Weston man admits fake drugs sales


When he was arrested in 2003, Weston's Michael A. Carlow was labeled the leader of a ring that funneled at least $46 million of fake and illegal medicine into U.S. drugstores.

On Friday, Carlow pleaded guilty to the biggest accusation: Acting as a middleman in the sale of 200,000 bottles of fake or illegal cholesterol drug Lipitor.
