How low PBM reimbursements ultimately endanger US drug safety

The United States has recently experienced several significant counterfeit medicine outbreaks in which fake or diverted medicines has reached U.S. pharmacies.  One driver for these incidents is the economic climate pharmacy benefit managers have created by systematically under reimbursing pharmacies.
