PSM asks federal agencies to review Hims & Hers’ 2026 Super Bowl ad

On March 10, PSM sent letters to the FDA, FTC, and the Department of Justice asking them to take immediate action to address Hims & Hers' February 2026 Super Bowl ad because it makes false and misleading claims about its compounded products and diagnostic tests that violate the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and Federal Trade Commission Act.
