FOIA Returns from towns using Alternative Funding Vendors
PSM has sent open records requests to several towns and schools with self-funded health plans about their relationships with Alternative Funding Vendors. We have enclosed the results of those requests below. Most respondents have already redacted Patient Identifying Information (PII) in their returns, but if you find PII in these documents please let us know immediately at editors@safemedicines.org

Many of these towns have provided us invoices with specific medicines they've imported named on the invoices. To make it easy to find out which towns have imported which medicines by which manufacturers, we've made up a Drug-Manufacturer-Town cross reference excel sheet.
